Is the free plan really free?
Yes — free forever, no credit card. You can run one active event with up to 16 players, with automated draws, live scoring, standings, and a public results link. Upgrade only when you need more.
What counts as an "event"?
One tournament or league cycle you're actively running. On Free you can have one active at a time; finish or archive it to start another. Pro and Club have no limit.
Can I switch between monthly and annual, or change tiers?
Anytime. Upgrade and the change applies immediately (prorated); downgrade and it takes effect at your next billing date. Annual billing saves 20% versus monthly.
How does the founding-member offer work?
Sign up during the founding period and you get 20% off your first 12 months on any paid tier, applied automatically at checkout — on top of annual savings if you bill yearly.
Do you offer a discount for federations or clubs?
Yes. The Club tier covers most clubs and venues. For federations, multi-venue circuits, or custom seat counts, get in touch and we'll price to your scale with onboarding and SLAs.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Cancel anytime — you keep access until the end of your billing period, and your event history and exports stay available. Nothing is deleted without warning.
